I designed this cake for my beautiful sister Ruth. We had a family dinner the night before the wedding and this cake actually traveled to San Juan, Puerto Rico. I used the colors of the wedding and per her request, it was a moist almond brandy cake filled with vanilla buttercream and almond paste. Soooo Good!
